Route Insurance and Cyclone FPV Team Up for Shipping Peace of Mind!

After noticing an increase in delayed arrival times for our shipments, I reached out to Route for help and guidance. Shawn Swenson, a manager with Route, discussed some possible remedies, and together, we finally reached an agreement that I am excited to present to all of our Cyclone FPV customers.
However, rather than attempt to explain this in my own words, I asked Shawn if he would not mind writing something up for me that would best explain how this coverage will work, and what our customers will need to do in order to protect their purchases and also file a claim if necessary.
Here is what I just received back from Shawn:

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. If you purchased Route+ with your order, and your package has been STOLEN, LOST in transit for AT LEAST 7 DAYS, or DAMAGED IN TRANSIT go ahead and file a claim here: https://claims.route.com/. The Route team will work with you to get a new product sent your way.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint."
