  • If you are attempting to contact us regarding your recent purchase of items during our Cost Plus Shipping sale, please review the information below:
    • Shipping Time: Due to the massive amount of orders, shipping times have been extended to range between 3 to 5 business days. Unless it has been more than 5 business days since your order was placed (day one being the day after your purchase) please do not submit an email asking about your shipping. We will not answer it. 
    • Combine Orders: There is no way for us to guarantee that we will combine your multiple orders. If we see them come across while we are pulling the products, then we will do our best to make this happen. If we do pack the orders, please understand that we will not be refunding shipping as the shipping fees are based on weight and volume, both of which increase when we combine orders. Please do not submit an email asking about combining orders. We will not answer it.
    • Adding to an Existing Order: Under no circumstance are we able to add to an existing order. You will need to place a new order if you wish to order additional items. We understand that this means you will have to pay another shipping fee, but at the prices we are offering, this should not be an issue. Please do not submit an email asking about adding to an existing order. We will not answer it.
    • Order Cancellation and Refunds: If you cancel an order and turn around to place another order (this is being done when people want to save on shipping and have something else added) we will not process the credit back to your account for up to 5 business days. We will not refund any processing fees that are not refunded to us. Unless it has been more than 5 business days since your order was placed (day one being the day after your purchase) please do not submit an email asking about your shipping. We will not answer it.
    • Refunds for Out of Stock Items: Customers will receive refunds back to their credit card for items that are no longer in stock. These refunds will usually be processed on the same day that we pack your order, but in some cases, could be delayed a few days. Unless it has been more than 5 business days since your order was placed (day one being the day after your purchase) please do not submit an email asking about your refund. We will not answer it.
