However, no matter how much attention to detail and love and energy is put into each custom frame, if you don't love it, we can't love it. - Buy It! - Find the custom frame that fits your needs and order it today!
- Fly It! - Assemble it and add all your favorite components and then fly the heck out of it!
- Try It! - Take 30 days to break it in! We know that weather, work, and family life can cause delays in achieving flight time. This is why we give you 30 days to break it in and fly the heck out of it. If you do not believe that your new hand-crafted CycloneFPV frame is the right frame for you, let us know. We will take it back and credit your CycloneFPV account so that you can purchase something else.
The Fine Print:
- Shipping Fees - If you received free shipping when you placed your order and would like to send the frame back, you will have $5.00 deducted from your store credit. We do not cover return-shipping fees.
- Return RMA - You must request an RMA no later than the 30th calendar date from the date your item arrived. The 30 day range starts at 12:01AM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:59PM on the 30th day.
- Broken or Damaged - Broken frames will not be accepted for a return. We do enough testing at our facility so we do not see the need for you to smash our frames and then claim that they do not meet your standards. Damaged frames will require an inspection and will either be denied or will be limited to a 50% store credit.
- Exclusions - Of course we have some frames that are very expensive and others that are considered custom-builds. That being said, it is important to note that frames priced over $99.99 will not qualify for this offer.
- Account Limits - We do our best to prepare for situations where customers may try to take advantage of the offers we provide. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse this offer to any account that we believe to be abusing our policies.
