The webinars will last approximately 30 minutes and attendees will be able to ask questions and discuss features of these particular products or other products and services that we offer. At the end of the 30-minute webinar, Cyclone FPV will randomly select the name of one attendee who will receive a discount good valid for 100% of the value of the item. The code will be sent to your registered email account with Cyclone FPV immediately following the drawing. - Q: How will I receive my link to the webinar?
- A: You will receive the link 10-20 minutes before the webinar begins via email
- Q: If I purchase a seat and am unable to attend, will I still be considered for the drawing at the end?
- A: Yes. The drawing is free to our webinar attendees. You are purchasing a seat to attend, ask questions, and learn more about the product only.
- Q: Can I purchase more than one seat if I think I will have some friends or family members that will also want to watch and learn?
- A: Yes. You can purchase as many seats as you like but please understand that only your name will be entered into the free drawing for each seat purchased.
- Q: Will the webinar last longer than 15 minutes?
- A: Yes. The webinars are now lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour. You are more than welcome to go leave the webinar when you like.
- Q: What software do you use to host your webinar?
- A: We use Zoom Meeting. Attendees will need to have a free copy of Zoom Client for Meetings. If you do not have Zoom Client for Meetings, you can download it for free by clicking here. You can also wait for our email invitation to arrive. You will find a link to the app in that email as well.
- Q: Do I have to have a camera?
- A: That is up to you but we will have our camera on and we encourage others to do the same so that we can all be introduced and have some fun discussing the products and this industry.
- Q: Do I have to have audio?
- A: Again that is up to you. If you do not wish to have video or audio, you may turn them both off at your convenience.
- Q: Do I have to pay shipping and taxes if applicable?
- A: Any attendee who happens to win during our free raffle, will be expected to pay for any shipping and handling fees, shipping insurance, and any applicable taxes.
