(please note that this is for the frame only and not the components as well)

After weeks of design changes, I believe the new Genesis-220v1 is one of the thinnest 220mm racing frames on the market. The design and build requires specific cutting techniques not found in mass-produced frame designs and includes a polycarbonate plate addition to allow for full component visibility both above and below the frame. Being able to view the components while keeping them fully enclosed, allow pilots the opportunity to visually inspect solder joints, wiring, and plug connections without having to remove pieces of the frame.

The low-profile design is extremely unique and involves cutting, shaping, and reducing carbon fiber material in specific areas. This process, which requires both precision and time, is initialized by CNC but completed by hand due to required custom fitting of each component used. The Genesis-220v1 is one of only a few custom racing quads I am going to make that will utilize this type of design and assembly process simply due to the fact that the time to create the frame from start to finish is almost double that of a standard custom CFPV frame.

The new CycloneFPV Genesis-220v1 will also prove to be on of the lightest frames, weighing in at roughly 430g including 4S LiHv battery. Total height of the Genesis-220v1 (without foam landing pads) is 25mm while the body length has been shortened to 110mm. Other steps were also taken to reduce weight while maintaining strength such as inserted fasters and carbon cut-outs in specific areas.
