This was a mandatory fixed package purchase for the school course & project. The link took me directly to the specific purchase option and the discount code was clearly provided making this part of the experience flawless. Some minor issues included no spares lists were provided. Details on exactly what this thing will look like and how it will work were not available. These would really be nice because we all know things like screws, props, etc. will likely be lost or broken. Also it is unclear if tools are included or not and if not, what tools are needed. Probably the most important thing is customer service. The shop is local, which I did not know at first. So this means direct access for support which is good. In the meantime, when I asked questions I received answers quickly. If needed to actually talk to someone, I received return calls very quickly. There was quite a bit of confusion from the school side on this process but the shop was able to clear up these issues which was appreciated.
Just Awesome! Always in contact, great customer service!!
